Aim of this research was to analyze the influence of style of leadership on employee performance and public trust within the PTCL Sukkur division, by a facilitating role of organizational culture. This research adopted a quantitative approach, where data was collected from 250 employees through structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed through SmartPLS 3.0. The findings revealed that leadership style positively and significantly impacts employee performance and public trust. Whereas the organizational culture significantly mediates between the leadership style and employee performance but doesn’t mediate between leadership style and public trust. The findings also tinted the critical significance of effective leadership in uplifting employee performance and building public trust. The organizational culture was found to be a core mediator for increment in employee performance. Thus, the study suggested that by adopting the transformational leadership practices and strengthening of organizational culture leads to significant improvements in employee performance. The study suggested for the future direction that exploration of these associations in different aspects and contexts and enforce additional variables to increase a all-inclusive understanding of dynamics among leadership, organizational culture, employee performance, and public trust.
